Equilibre Home Spa is a relaxing, rejuvenating experience taking place in the comfort of your own home. Below you will find some information and recommendations for you to best enjoy the experience.
The Equilibre, Hawaiian and Ili Ili Hot Stones formulas take place on a comfortable massage table or futon with wonderful essential oils.
For the Thai formula, we will provide you with lightweight, comfortable cotton garnments if you wish. The massage will be performed on a firm, comfortable futon on the floor.
A few simple recommandations for before, during and after the treatment:
- Make sure you have a well heated room with enough space to fit a table or a futon (approximately 2x3m – 6'x10').
- Please make sure nothing and no one will interrupt this experience which is for you only.
- Allow yourself a moment of quiet and calm after the treatment so you can enjoy your well-being without having to rush.
