Ethics in well-being
Please note that our treatments are for well-being and relaxation purposes only. They are performed on clients who are in good health. We do not provide therapeutic or medical treatments. Our services are of high standards, professional and without any ambiguity of purpose.

General Terms of Service
We come to your home, company or hotel every day from 09:00 to 19:00. We work primarily inside Paris. Please contact us for specific outside locations.

We thank you for paying up front at the beginning of your treatment. We only accept payments made in cash or with French cheques. We are sorry, we do not accept credit cards.

Our Packages and Gift vouchers are valid for one year after purchase. They cannot be sold, or transfered into another persons name without prior written consent from Équilibre Home Spa.
